Quality is managed and enforced by a team of qualified inspectors for welding,
fabrication, painting and non-destructive testing ( NDT ).
NSF operates to the procedures ensuring proper control of quality in line
with the requirements of ISO 9002-1994. |
| The NSF quality system draws from the experience of the
parent companies. NSF is also a holder of ASME "U" stamp for
the fabrication of pressure vessels. |

Non destructive testing ( NDT ) is performed
in house by NSF's qualified engineers and technicians equipped with
testing equipment owned by the company. The following are examination methods done in

Ultrasonic.
Magnetic Particle.
Die Penetration.
Weldcheck ( Portable Arc Weld Monitor
).
Hardness Testing.
Adhesion Testing
Salt Contamination Testing.

NSF production can be executed in line with ASME, AWS, AISC, BS, DIN and any
other code required by the contracts. NSF will achieve the quality
standards required by each of its clients.
