National Steel Fabrication Company (NSF) was conceived in1995
when Consolidated Contractors International Company (CCC) and
ORASCOM "Onsi Sawiris & Co. " joined forces to establish a steel
fabrication facility and chose the  third industrial zone in 6th of October City in Egypt for its location.

NSF combines international expertise with local experience derived
from its joint venture owners , CCC and ORASCOM, in addition
to special technical assistance in the fabrication of pressure vessels
provided by Rolle of Italy.

NSF benefits from extensive experience  in the steel fabrication
industry and factory management acquired by its joint venture
owners in Egypt and internationally.

NSF strength builds on the vast resources and strong support of
its owners to furnish quality engineering and fabrication services including design, procurement, shop drawings, fabrication,painting
and delivery to site all of which are carried out under strict quality
control.

NSF occupies approximately 91,000 m² of land in the third industrial zone of 6th of October City with full production facilities including: 

• Covered fabrication space in 6 purpose built bays.
• Open fabrication yards
• Covered warehouse storage.
• Open storage space.
• Blasting and painting yard.
• Management and administration services.
• Equipment maintenance and electrical workshops.
• Welding school for training and qualifying welders.

The factory is home for various modern technology machines
covering all preparation and production activities including the
following:

• CNC plate and profiles cutting and drilling machines.
• Plate rolling machines up to 60mm thickness.
• Welding machines including TIG, MIG, and SAW.
• Mechanically, and CNC controlled drilling and punching machines.
• Lathes and planers for mechanical workshop.
• Autoblast (Shot & grit), sandblast and painting equipment.
