Egyptian Cement Company

The Egyptian Cement Company is the second largest cement plant in the world. It is capable of producing 10 million tons of gray cement annually.

Over a ten year period we have worked on various projects as the plant has grown from a single kiln line to five kiln lines with four raw material mills and six cement mills.

Our core activity on the site has been the supply, fabrication and delivery of plate works and steel structures for the five kiln lines.

Approximate quantity

32,000 tons (five kiln lines).

Scope of work

• Preparations of shop drawings as per specifications and data sheets. 
• Supply, fabrication and delivery of all steel works.
• Surface preparation, supply and application of complete painting system.
• NDT requirements.

Time of completion

Approximate 10 months (per kiln line).
